Maple Creek, SK & Havre, MT - The Showdown in Cowtown in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan and the Cody FourColors Memorial Bull Ride in Havre, Montana were both filled with fans who came to support the events. Mother Nature played along as well, with beautiful weather in both locations. Ashton Sahli from Red Deer, Alberta took advantage of the double points in Havre, Montana this weekend and is now movin' on up in the BRC National Standings. Sahli jumped from 22nd prior to the weekend, to 5th place overall. This move puts Ashton in the lead for the Rookie of the Year Award at the Wrangler Bull Riders Canada Season VI Finals, behind Grady Smeltzer. Ashton is now in the position to win the first ever

From Canada Day Celebrations to Central Tour Money Announcements

It has certainly been a busy few weeks for the Bull Riding industry, and BRC has seen our fair share of the action! Rockyford, AB - The Rockyford Lions and the Rockyford Agricultural Society once again held an amazing show that finishes with a Canada Day fireworks celebration. Mother Nature even held back a bit, as she poured rain right before showtime but held off once the bull riding action began. BRCs reigning Finals Champion, Marcos Gloria from Central De Minas, Brazil, double entered this event and it sure paid off. In the Long Round, Marcos took first place with a 78 point ride on Wilson Rodeo's Hybrid Theory, as well as third place with a score of 68 on Flying High Rodeo's Bearded Bet
