Coverchuk Takes it All

Grunthal, Manitoba - Bull Riders Canada Inc. wrote last week about how the race to the Season Leader title would be getting exciting - wow is it ever going to be close!

Congratulations to Crossfire Bullriding Promotions Inc. for assisting the Hanover Ag Society in another great show in Grunthal, Manitoba.

The capacity crowd in attendance was energized to witness Bull Riders Canada Inc. contestants in action and they were treated to a great finish in the end.

The Hanover Ag Fair Bull A Rama, presented by Steinbach Hatchery and Feeds, was dominated by Cody Coverchuk, Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. With a solid 80 point ride in the Long Round and a spectacular 86.5 point ride in the Short Round on Lazy S & Bonkowski’s Crossfire’s Pipeslinger, Coverchuk secured another 400-points towards the Season Leader position while pocketing over $4400.00 cash money.

The result of this event proved once again the bull riders who can ride short round bulls win money; the event had $3500.00 added. The results also prove the fact we have been writing about all year long as well…the bull Coverchuk rode to get into the short round was a re-entry. Coverchuk showed up to ride by being prepared, having a goal and simply riding bulls.

What a race to the Season Leader title it will be!
